He is an accident investigator who has presented evidence in numerous fatal collision court cases, and has years of practise giving advice on road safety matters. He is a regular contributor on road safety and training issues on national radio and television.

Tom is also a Technician member of The Institution of Safety and Health and has been involved for several years in carrying out occupational road risk assessments and preparing Work Related Road Safety policies for the fleet and corporate industry.
